Returns

You can return or exchange any eligible piece within 30 days of delivery.

To be accepted, items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached.

Final sale: bodysuits cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, and worn or washed items are not accepted.

Email hello@dropclothes.co with your order number and the items you want to return or exchange. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer and are not refundable. We recommend a tracked service — we can't be responsible for parcels lost on the way back.

Once your return arrives and is checked, the refund is issued to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are not refunded. For an exchange, we ship the new size as soon as it is available.
